I am dedicated to my professions, I am passionate about my professions as they are a great way
to support a guild and personal endeavours. I am a (max) alchemist and herbalist on my priest. However I also have inscription, tailoring, cooking, and fishing.
All maxed, and all maintained daily (I have only 2 characters each one I am dedicated to, however my priest has been my main 5 years running)


6. Rare or Interesting Profession Recipes/Schematics/Formulas: I have every flask. I raid heavy with priest, priest is herb/alch so nothing fancy thus far.

8. General Gear Highlights: I haven't anything fancy. Will have 264 boots to replace the embarrassment I am wearing now. Soon as I buy the mats

11. Please indicate what time of day you play (we raid 8:30-11PM Server Sunday through Thursday): I play from server time: 7:00p.m to midnite server time. I am flexible to guild needs.

12. Raiding Experience: Pre ICC: All of vanilla wow to naxx, and in BC minimal (2 years pvp). I have full cleared every raid instance in Wrath on 10 and 25 up to ICC. In ICC I have cleared First wing, and second wing up to putricide. I have all ICC fights in my head, videos and such.

13. Previous Guilds and Reason you left (Please list in order of most recent to first guild): I was in dark revolution on server deathwing for years, I can't even remember what was before that. I left because the main leader (one of the greatest guys I have ever played with) left because of raider issues. So I moved server to detheroc last week.

14. Are you willing to respec if needed by the guild?: Absolutely. It's not about one, its about all.

15: On a progression boss fight list the consumables that you would be using?: Depends on the boss, If its drawn out, spirit elixirs with SP or haste, OR mp5 flask. Usually a typical frost wyrm will suffice but I cancel it and use other things all the time depending on the fight so I waste alot of money and am happy doing so. Food consists of spirit, or SP also depending on fight. But I also carry around haste, crit, and mp5. So it goes like this: OMG mana leech boss! Quick, bust out the mp5 food and mp5 flask. Or oh noes! MAss dps boss, I do SP food and SP flask. I know, this is over generalized but you get the idea. I come prepared for EVERY single encounter and most importantly: I ALWAYS have flask buffs and food buffs even in 5-mans, it's just how I play.

Since you asked to be detailed I also want to throw in that I always have kings drum, and mark drums on me, as well as intellect scrolls. So if a class isn't there, I buff the grp in their place. I am very detail oriented and am dedicated to my group.


16. Why do you want to join SEVEN?: I have done some research from asking members online, and after a while found you to be the best for me. I love your guild council, a good idea I have never seen done before. I agree with your guild statutes. You are all about community but also passionate about the game while respecting real life issues. I can't even express how perfect that is. I really agree with brotherhood, after a while if the atmosphere is right (which you nurture) thats what becomes.

17. Why would we want you in our guild?: I am glad you asked. I am not your typical (can I get loots quick pleez!) I am thoroughly passionate about my class and this gaming community. Some of the best people (and worst) I have met on wow and am so happy to have been here for 5 years straight. I am a guy of community, I always talk when I can in vent, I always get to know people. I overall like your community oriented direction. But aside from people, I strive to be the best at my class. Alot of people say this but I back it with action. I ask you to take me on 1 run, and the performance you see on that run is what you get EVERY night.

Optional info about you: I met my girlfriend on WoW. She interested me because I haven't seen a girl play as well as her before (not to be sexest, just honest). Most girls play for fun but she was a cute gal that actually played well. I thought those 2 never mixed. Anyways fast forward and she moved 2 states away to live with me. So we were in the same guild for a long time and now both moved here and hope to contribute the same amount to Seven, as we did to dark revolution.

Great to see so much thought and personality put into those answers, thanks for that. And you and Scarlet sound like a gorgeous pairing.

Regarding gear, I'm really not sure what I think of sub-3k spellpower as holy at this point, but you do seem to be held back by just a few pieces which I'm sure you can work on replacing, I know you mentioned the boots already. Stats seem otherwise fairly well-balanced.

Also, while I love seeing holy priests veer slightly from cookie-cutter specs if it suits their playstyle and raid comp, I would be interested in hearing your personal reasons behind taking neither spell warding nor desperate prayer, and splitting points between empowered healing and test of faith but maxing neither. How does your talent distribution benefit your healing more than a cookie-cut? As for consumables, why opt for an mp5 flask over gurus/int-sp (or just spirit if you like that) elixirs? Sorry to be pedantic, but I am genuinely interested in hearing your thoughts on those.

Nice app. How many nights a week are you looking to raid, and are you willing to sit quite a bit for 25s until you earned a spot?

Thank you for your comments on my build, as you know its mostly cookie-cut, so I must lend credit. As for the variations I base them off experience/game play. I haven't gotten spell warding or desperate prayer for the same reason and that is because I haven't had too big an issue with deaths so far. I know how volatile priests can be and throughout the months have found myself well suited with Guardian spirit for a backup. With the glyph I am able to use it as my "oh no" button but usually save myself so as to reset to 1 minute.

As for your second question I split the points because of 2 reasons, The first is I find myself not using abilities I haven't talented into, and I have always been a big fan of flash heal so the points in empowered healing help this. But I also like to veer away from idealism at times and run the numbers and for my play style I get more from that split. I am very glad to see the new set move towards flash heal as it shows blizzard understands that flash heal has fallen behind, but even before that I always liked to show that it still has its place.

And as for consumables, my main choices are guru/sp or int, and frostwyrm. But I keep everything on me for those just incase bosses. A boss thats short and very intense gives a very slight favor to mp5 (though I have never really liked mp5). An extra 70 from food/flask for such a boss gave me less than a percent more, but took away spell power. Last time I used this was months ago when I was having a mana problem. But nevertheless I've assumed that Icecrown might push my mana to it's limits.

And for Devnull your question I am fine with warming the bench. I would like to raid as many nights as you guys do eventually.
