8. General Gear Highlights: All of my enchants and gems are of the highest possible quality. I have chosen to keep my four piece set of T9 until I am able to complete the 4 piece set of T10. I am pretty close to the soft haste cap so generally I try to nab up crit gear.

9. Ventrilo: I have Ventrilo and I am both willing to listen and talk. I have a clear mic and listen well.

11. Please indicate what time of day you play (we raid 8:30-11PM Server Sunday through Thursday): Mon-Fri 7-11pm server Sat & Sun any time. I usually like to hang out in vent and talk with people, so if I'm not on WoW id be in vent if anyone needed something. I am very community oriented.

12. Raiding Experience: Naxx 10 & 25. Ulduar 10 & 25 -Yogg. TOC 10 & 25. Heroic TOC 10(cleared) & 25 -faction champs. ICC 10 first wing only & 25 -festergut. I have had an unfortunate string of guilds that havent worked out for me, mostly because they could not progress. Most of the leadership I have had as far as raiding goes has been an iron fist. Im used to high expectations and being singled out, it's helped me to learn how to think faster and make quicker (correct) decisions.

13. Previous Guilds and Reason you left (Please list in order of most recent to first guild): Dark Revolution, I left Dark Revolution because most of our core raiders had moved on to better guilds or switched servers to be with friends (like myself). We just could not progress with low raid attendance and poor performance. I have real life friends on Detheroc which is what brought me here, and now I'm searching for a stable raiding guild again. Before Dark Revolution I was just searching for the right match...

14. Are you willing to respec if needed by the guild?: Absolutely, I am pretty comfortable with Restoration, although I don't have a gear set I mainly heal for daily heroics for shorter ques. As for feral, I have never played melee, but if you're in dire need I'd be willing to try it out.

15: On a progression boss fight list the consumables that you would be using?: 20 potions of speed, 20 potions of wild magic, 20 mana pots, 20 health pots, 20 flasks of the frost wyrm, 20 elixirs of spell power, 20 elixirs of mighty though, 20 fish feasts (if i have them in stock) OR 20 firecracker salmon, and water. Well that's everything I keep on me. I prefer to use elixirs, wild magic, and fish feast.

16. Why do you want to join SEVEN?: Honestly now, I was doing research on guilds on Detheroc and came across this one. So I came to your site, and clicked RECRUITING NEEDS. The message in that thread was exactly what I was looking for. You are looking for the best, and I can be the best.

17. Why would we want you in our guild?: I strive to be the best Boomkin anyone has ever come across, ever. I love playing a boomkin. I have the rotation down to a T. I know all my spells, when, and how to use them. I take criticism well and USE it. Like I said earlier I am very community oriented, so I enjoy just hanging out online and having a good time. As well and putting in the work to help my group progress. I have a great personality, anyone in my former guild would totally agree. I like to help out others. I enjoy trying new things.

so, after spending a total of 5 minutes on the EJ thread for boomkins (http://elitistjerks.com/f47/t66856-moonkin_pve_dps_updated_3_3_2_a/) i found quite a few deviations from the max dps specs i've seen on there. your glyph choices deviate from the norm (starfire>starfall every situation) you also opt to not pick up improved Faerie Fire which hurts your raid utility a bit (3% hit vs bosses) if we do not have a shadow priest, also this kills 3% of your own personal crit against mobs (substantial). You also didn't pick up any points in balance of power (might be because you're over hit cap) but not picking this talent up doesn't allow for as much stat optimization.

Nope, I completely understand. My spec was based on my old raid comp, we had a second boomkin, spriest, and such. There were lots of "I have this, so you dont need it, get rid of it" conversations. That said, I plan on changing my spec agian when I get settled in.

edit: As for the starfire glyph, I'm glad you mentioned that. >_>
